Sweater & Jegging Season Favorites
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and no, I’m not talking about Christmas. I am talking about sweater & jegging season. I don’t know about you guys, but I look forward to it all year long. I mean, I could seriously live in them all year round if the weather permitted it. LANE BRYANT has always been one of my favorite places to shop for curvy fashion and they have an amazing selection of COZY SWEATERS and JEGGINGS that fit like a glove. So today, I am sharing two of my favorite outfits, head to toe!
First up is this LEOPARD PRINT BELTED OVERPIECE, possibly one of my favorite pieces of all time and so chic it looks like it came straight off of a runway. Of course we all know I love a good animal print, but this little number is also insanely comfy and the leather belt tie belt really makes it pop. What’s fun too is you can wear it as a full pinned wrap or wear it more of cascade like I did. I wanted a more nightime look so I paired it with these insanely comfy BLACK HIGH RISE JEGGINGS. The waist band and cut of these is insanely flattering on curves and looks so sleek! And to tie in a bit more of the leather from the belt, I opted for these CROSS STRAP HEELED BOOTIES. These have quickly become one of my most most worn pairs of shoes!
For my second look, I wanted something a little more casual but still fashionable. I found the cutest TEXTURED STRIPE CARDIGAN and instantly fell in love with the heather grey color. The textured stripes really make it pop and are such a fun touch. I paired it with a simple white tank and DARK WASH HIGH RISE JEGGINGS. I absolutely love the fit and of course Flex Magic Waistband – a Lane Bryant exclusive. It moves with you all day to keep you comfortable. I can personally attest to having worn mine for over 14 hours without any discomfort! Since the colors of this outfit were more neutral, I added a pop of color and pattern with this GEO PRINT SCARF. And finally, to finish things off, a pair of OVER THE KNEE SUEDE BOOTS. If you have wider feet/calves, these are your dream come true – literally the comfiest pair of boots I own.
